1 box brownie mix (eggs, oil, water)
1 cup Campfire® Mini Marshmallows
1-2 cups pecan pieces
1 cup Caramel topping
Using a brownie box mix, mix brownie batter as directed. Spray plenty of non-stick spray in your pan to stop the brownies from sticking.
Add in pecan pieces and fold in until evenly distributed
Pour batter into pan, drizzle on caramel sauce
Bake in oven for 20 -23 minutes
Remove pan and sprinkle on mini marshmallows
Place the pan back in the oven for an additional 5 minutes, keeping an eye on the marshmallows
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly, cut and enjoy – these ooey-gooey brownies are best served warm!
Tip: For an even quicker recipe – use a turtle brownie box mix!
